Online Personal Training
Full access to my online training app with custom designed workouts and demo videos which can be viewed at home or on your Smart Phone.  You will schedule and track your weekly workouts and graph your body stats while I will monitor your progress online and update the program accordingly.  Constant motivation and support is provided directly through the website.

Group Fitness Training
Team up with a friend or family member and get fit together. You will both save on the cost of personal training while collectively working towards a positive wellness goal. Sessions can be held in-home or at your local fitness facility.

Nutrition Plans and Supplementation Programs
Based on your wellness goals, a personalized meal plan and supplementation program will be developed and monitored to guide you on your journey to optimal health.

Weight Loss Coaching
